1. Accommodations: I primarily used Airbandb this visit and I highly recommend neighborhoods: Osu, East Legon, Airport Residential and Cantonments             Hotels: Labadi Beach Hotel, Palm Hotel, Hotel Royal Senchi (near Akosombo Lake) La Villa Boutique
2. Arts & culture: Museum of Science & Tech, National Theater, Ghana Trade Fair Center, Black Star Square, Nkrumah Memorial, Elmina Slave Castle, Cape Coast Slave Castle, Chale Wote (annual festival in Jamestown Aug/Sept), Artist Alliance Gallery (spend the day here its an amazing collection) , DuBois Cultural Center
3. Back to nature: Kakum National Park, Aburi Botanical Gardens, Cape Coast beaches, Volta Lake, Kokrobite Beach, Makola Market
4. Great food: Chop House Fey Hi Osu, Azmera, Urban Grill, Santoku, Buka, Jam Rock, Burger & Relish
5. Funny moment: Republic Bar karaoke night, bus ride from Accra to Cape Coast (the cast of characters selling and soliciting to passengers) Spin class at Lizzy Fitness love the instructors!
6. Good people watching: Osu streets, Labadi Beach on weekends, Aburi Gardens on the weekends, Tea Baa, Boom Boom Lounge, Sky Bar, Shesha Lounge, Icon House
7. Health & safety tip: don’t drink the water only bottled water, always carry yellow fever and other immunizations records when traveling within Africa, check CDC for latest vaccination requirements, bring medicine for travelers stomach
8. Magical moment: Cape Coast beach meditation, sunrise runs on Osu beach, Presenting to Meltwater Entrepreneurial School of Tech students, vegan lunch picnic in Aburi Gardens in celebration of Marcus Garvey, Ghanian Wedding in Tema, Kenkay feast made with LOVE, Live music at Gold Coast
